Larbaoui chairs a CPE meeting on the transfer of ownership of Tassili Airlines

According to the decision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to create a national airline specializing in domestic transport, the Prime Minister, Mr. Nadir Larbaoui, chaired a meeting of the Conseil des participations de l'État (CPE).

This session was mainly devoted to examining the dossier concerning the transfer of ownership of Tassili Airlines shares, previously held by the Sonatrach group, to Air Algérie.


This strategic operation is part of a national vision to strengthen the development of domestic air transport. It aims to enhance connectivity between the country's various regions while reinforcing the economic viability of the domestic air network.

The initiative also aims to meet citizens' expectations in terms of mobility by ensuring a high-quality public air service, better adapted to the daily needs of populations throughout the country.
