Negotiations are underway to open a representation in Algiers according to the agency’s first official under the Kremlin’s direct authority.

According to the Sputnik newspaper, which reports on the news, Algeria has announced that it is ready to house the agency’s office, whose purpose includes supporting the development programs of African countries.
