The agreement was signed by Djezzy CEO Boumediene Senouci and ADE CEO Mustapha Rekik during a ceremony attended by executives from both institutions, according to the same source.

"This three-year contract covers the deployment of a modern and secure Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution covering several provinces," explains Djezzy, adding that "it also provides comprehensive support for ADE teams through ongoing technical support."

The operator also undertakes "to provide a dedicated after-sales service to ensure continuity of service, while offering full data hosting on Djezzy's sovereign cloud, in compliance with regulatory requirements."

"This new agreement illustrates the shared desire of both institutions to modernize customer relations and sustainably improve service quality for the benefit of citizens," according to Djezzy.

During the ceremony, the two leaders welcomed "this important step in the realization of the partnership," while mentioning "other projects they intend to carry out in the near future to benefit the ecosystem and citizens of Algeria," the statement concluded.
