The Director of Invest in Denmark received by the AAPI

The CEO of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI), Omar Rekkache, received Vanessa Vega Saenz, Director of Invest in Denmark, on Tuesday in Algiers. Ms. Saenz was on a working visit to Algeria at the head of a Danish delegation.

The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) and Invest in Denmark have agreed to establish a joint work plan to strengthen their bilateral cooperation and leverage their respective experiences during a workshop with AAPI executives, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Ambassador to Algeria, and Invest in Denmark. Both parties discussed ways to enhance their bilateral cooperation. The workshop was attended by AAPI executives, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Ambassador to Algeria, and Invest in Denmark. During a workshop with AAPI executives, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Ambassador to Algeria, and Invest in Denmark, both parties presented their policies for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and highlighted the advantages and business opportunities offered by each country.

The discussions focused on a shared strategic vision, economic priorities, simplifying administrative procedures, developing digital services, and creating a favourable business climate. The importance of FDI in job creation and economic growth was highlighted, as well as the role of economic diplomacy as a key lever in this process.
