Tax returns: DGI extends deadlines to June 1, 2025

The Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) (General Tax Directorate) has announced an extension of the deadlines for filing annual tax returns for the 2024 financial year. This measure concerns all taxpayers required to file income tax returns (series G No.4 and G No.11), along with their appendices, and the annual salary and wages return (series G No.29).

The DGI also specifies that this extension applies to the filing, exclusively by electronic means, of the annual transfer pricing declaration provided for in article 151 ter of the Code des Impôts Directs et Taxes Assimilées.

Originally set for May 31, 2025, the submission deadline has been exceptionally postponed to Sunday, June 1, 2025, as May 31 coincides with a statutory vacation.

This decision will give taxpayers more time to meet their tax obligations in the best possible conditions.
