Oualid Yacine, Minister for the Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Microenterprises, announced on Sunday at a seminar entitled “Dynamization and strategy for a high-performance Algerian financial market” that he would shortly be drawing up an assessment of the tax benefits impact granted over the last 3 years, aiming to encourage the private sector to participate in venture capital. The Minister points out that start-ups are undergoing significant development. According to Oualid Yacine, the private equity launch should boost the ecosystem and modernize business management.
