Framework agreement signed between Algérie Télécom and AADL

Algérie Télécom is pleased to announce the signing of a framework agreement with the Agence Nationale de l'Amélioration et du Développement du Logement (AADL).

The aim of the agreement is to provide broadband and ultra-broadband internet access to all the urban centres currently under construction, as well as to future projects.


The agreement was signed on Sunday 18 February 2024 at Algérie Télécom headquarters in Algiers, in the presence of CEO of Algérie Télécom, Mr Adel Bentoumi, and Managing Director of the Agence Nationale de l'Amélioration et du Développement du Logement (AADL), Mr Fouad Mokrani.


The main aim of the agreement is to improve living conditions on AADL sites by providing fibre-optic internet access. The aim is to connect these sites to this technology even before they are distributed to residents.


Lastly, the agreement will help to speed up the launch of commercial activities at AADL sites, by providing them with broadband and ultra-broadband connections, thereby promoting local economic development.
