Economic, Tourist and Urban Real Estate: Tebboune's new measures

In this sense, Tebboune ordered the drafting of three presidential decrees governing the dividing up of the three types of real estate.

On the creation, organization and management of industrial zones, the president stressed that they “must respond to a new vision that attracts investment, including private investment.”

He also noted “the need to distinguish between economic, tourism and urban investments, managed by land agencies, in order to enshrine transparency and achieve economic efficiency.”

At the same Council of Ministers, Tebboune urged the Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City to prepare a presentation to the Council of Ministers on the prospects of the new city of Boughezoul, in order to begin its urbanization and optimal exploitation, especially since the project has been shelved since its launch decades ago.”
