Electronic portal for creation of companies to be launched on Thursday

Speaking during the national open days on the trade register, Mr. Rezig specified that "the launch of the electronic portal for the creation of remote businesses is part of the steps taken by the National Center of the Register of commerce (CNRC) for the digitization of its services in order to improve the business climate and encourage economic operators by simplifying registration procedures in the commercial register ".


The Minister recalled the decision to reduce the tariffs relating to registration in the trade register during e-payment and remote filing of corporate accounts.

Stressing that nearly 1000 companies proceeded in 2020 to deposit their corporate accounts remotely, Mr. Rezig indicated that this operation, optional last year, will be "mandatory" in 2021.


The Minister of Commerce added that this measure aims to save time for managers of companies and avoid travel and overload at local agencies.
