Addressing the Council of the Nation at a plenary session on the 2020 budget regulation bill, the minister of finance of the country, quoted by the APS news agency the day before yesterday, said that “all material and human resources” are now “mobilized” to accelerate the process of digitalization of the financial sector, including the administration of state estates and the general directorate of taxes.

Short-, medium- and long-term goals are already set by the finance department to accelerate the digitalization of the sector, he said, adding that as a first step, 41 tax centers will be digitalized across the country, while allowing citizens to electronically remove the land register by the end of this year.
