Investors invited to submit annual progress reports on their projects

On Monday, the AAPI invited investors to submit, as soon as possible, annual progress reports on their investment projects, in accordance with the provisions of Law 22-18 on investment.

In its press release, the AAPI (Algerian Investment Promotion Agency) invites investors who have not yet submitted this document to "go, as soon as possible, to the one-stop shops where their projects have been registered, to regularize their situation, following the model available via the relevant electronic link."

The AAPI warns that failure to submit the annual progress report on investment projects will result in the cancellation of the registration certificate and the loss of project-related benefits.
