Algeria to participate in the 36th Dakar International Fair

On Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion announced that registration is now open for national exporting companies and businesses wishing to participate in the 36th edition of the Dakar International Fair (FIDAK), scheduled to take place from December 7 to 31, 2025, in the capital of Senegal.

According to a statement from the ministry, Algeria's participation in this major economic event is part of efforts to strengthen the country's commercial presence in West Africa and benefit from Senegal's strategic position as a regional hub for trade and investment. This initiative aims to open up new opportunities for Algerian economic operators, enabling them to expand their partnerships and access new African markets.

The ministry has invited Algerian companies to register and participate in this major economic event, particularly those active in the agri-food industry, construction materials and equipment, renewable energies, and services and consulting.

The supervisory authority has specified that the deadline for registration for FIDAK, which will be held at the Senegal International Trade Centre (CICES), is November 5, 2025.
