“Retraite Dz”, a new step towards digitization!

In a press release issued on Monday, the Caisse Nationale des Retraites (National Retirement Fund) (CNR) announced the implementation of a new service enabling retirees to open an account on the “Retraite Dz” mobile application.

Retirees can now open an account directly via the Retraite Dz mobile application, without calling the toll-free number 3011 or moving to a branch.

To do so, they need to download the latest version of the application from the PlayStore, and then enter their details, including pension number, date of birth, local branch of affiliation and telephone number.

Once this information has been entered, the user follows the registration steps, with creating a secure password as an essential requirement. This password must include upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
