Affiliation certificate, sickness benefits... Introducing CNAS's new online services

The Caisse Nationale des Assurances Sociales des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAS) (National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers) announced on Sunday a series of digital services available on its El-Hanaa electronic platform, designed to simplify administrative procedures for insured persons and improve the quality of remote services.

CNAS has launched the El-Hanaa platform to ensure people access information and services online. They can check their social security coverage, and the expiration dates of their healthcare entitlements and print out their affiliation certificate. The platform can also monitor the status of medical files and sick leave benefits.

To enhance the user experience, El-Hanaa offers a drug reimbursement simulator, a guide to reimbursable drugs and a CHIFA card application tracking system. Policyholders can also consult their entitlements to benefits and check which types of disability are covered.

CNAS encourages all policyholders to register on El-Hanaa via its official website to benefit from these digital services, which are part of a drive to modernize and digitalize public services.
