Launched Tuesday at the headquarters of the National Center of the Trade Register (CNRC) under the supervision of the Minister of Commerce, Kamel Rezig, this operation concerns "the official launch of the second phase of the electronic portal for the creation of companies via the section dedicated to commercial companies legal persons. The heads of companies can proceed to the inscription in the commercial register via this heading ", adds the same source.
This measure comes in application of the sector strategy relating to the digitization of commercial transactions and the simplification of administrative measures, according to the press release.
The Ministry of Commerce had launched at the beginning of March an electronic portal for the creation of remote businesses, which allows operators to register in the trade register in a simplified way and which concerned, in a first step, people physical.
Thanks to this electronic portal, economic operators will be able to carry out the various registration and deposit operations via the internet, in addition to obtaining the tax identification number (NIF), statistical identification (NIS) and social Security.
As part of the promotion of e-payment, discounts on registration fees in the trade register have been decided in the order of 20% for the benefit of operators who file their corporate accounts online. The portal also makes it possible to obtain the trade register in record time.
Mr Rezig had declared that the electronic portal for the creation of remote businesses will allow "savings in time and costs" and the simplification of administrative procedures, since only a photocopy of the identity card will be required. for anyone wishing to create an itinerant commercial enterprise or a deed of ownership or rental lease for the creation of a fixed commercial enterprise.
The Minister of Commerce reported, in this sense, the preparation, before the end of the current year, of a draft executive decree to provide "a unique national identification number" to be used by the operator at the level of all services.
