This decision was taken at a technical working session chaired by the Acting Director General of ANADE, Mohamed Cherif Bouziane, together with the CEO of Holding ACS/Spa, Samir Yahiaoui. It was dedicated to defining the areas of partnership with micro-enterprises, within the framework of public-private partnership, according to the win-win rule, the same source says. As a first step, the available activities were launched with the Entreprise nationale des peintures (ENAP), the Entreprise nationale des plastiques et caoutchoucs (l'ENPC) and the company “Tonic Industrie”. It was agreed to involve the owners of freight transport vehicles, funded by ANADE, in the development and expansion of the NPAA distribution network, according to the direct sales formula, in order to allow micro-enterprises to win commercial contracts, to further disseminate ENAP products and to break the chain of interveners between the company and the trader, notes the press release.
