France's َmbassador to Algeria visits Condor: "There's a lot to be done between our two countries".

On Thursday April 18, France's Ambassador to Algeria Stéphane Romatet visited Condor's industrial facilities in Bordj Bou Arreridj, where he praised the qualities of the privately-owned Algerian group.

On site, he met with Abderrahmane Benhamadi, Chairman of the privately-owned group known for its household appliance brand. Stéphane Romatet visited Condor's facilities and received explanations from the plant's management on the various stages of production.

"Mr. Benhamadi has created one of Algeria's leading groups. It's also a group that has become very present elsewhere, in Tunisia, and moreover in Europe, notably in France. Taking a keen interest, I was absolutely determined to make this visit today to Bordj Bou Arreridj", the French ambassador to Algiers told Bordj News.


France's ambassador to Algiers wants more partnerships between Condor and French companies Stéphane Romatat said he was "very impressed" by the Condor group's industrial facility that he visited, but also by the "scale of the site" and the "skills that are being developed and by the group's plans for the future".


The French ambassador to Algeria added that the Condor group "embodies the Algeria that is seeking to diversify its industry and create value with foreign partners".


"Through French companies, I can say that France is very proud of its industrial partnerships, which we wish to develop with the Condor group", said Stéphane Romatet, who expressed to Benhamadi the readiness of French companies to forge more partnerships with his group, which manufactures stoves, refrigerators, televisions and other products.

The Condor group is also present in the food industry, glass, electrical cables, etc. "There is a lot to be done between our two countries, and I am very happy with what is happening between the Condor group and its president Benhamadi and a number of French industrialists", said Stéphane Romatet.
