Algeria participates in the 62nd edition of the Damascus International Fair

Algeria will participate in the 62nd edition of the Damascus International Fair, which is scheduled to open on Wednesday in the Syrian capital, as part of efforts to strengthen the presence of national products on regional and international markets, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion.

The ministry will oversee the organization of the Algerian pavilion, which will feature pioneering national companies, including construction materials and ceramics, renewable energies, cosmetics, and agricultural and food products.

The program for Algeria's participation in this 10-day event includes B2B meetings, technical presentations of national products, and negotiation sessions to set up strategic partnership agreements in the field of investment.

The same source adds, "This participation is part of the national strategy aimed at expanding economic partnerships, promoting the quality and variety of domestic products, and opening up new opportunities for Algerian economic operators to access new markets.
