Commerce / micro-enterprises: a convention for the promotion of export

Initialed by the ministers of the two sectors, respectively, Kamel Rezig and Nassim Diafat, this convention concerns activities related to training, participation in international fairs and trade shows and in the management of micro-enterprises wishing to engage in the export.

On this occasion, Mr. Rezig assured that his departmental department will make available to young entrepreneurs "all the human and material resources" to achieve the target of $ 5 billion in export excluding hydrocarbons, in Operator, in particular, international agreements concerning European, Arab or African markets, in order to support Algerian companies in the marketing of their products abroad.

In this context, he also provided support for young entrepreneurs through the Algerian fairs and exhibitions (SAFEX), the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACI) or the National Agency of The promotion of foreign trade (ALGEx) in this area.

The Minister of Commerce said "convinced" of the potential of young Algerian entrepreneurs who, according to him, "will play their role, in the national economy, as long as they find the necessary assistance".

He also mentioned the important intake of the mapping of Algerian products that included 9,000 companies and 25,000 local products and which will be made available to young entrepreneurs.

On his side, Mr. Diafat noted that many Algerian companies export their products sometimes illegally, which gave birth to the "ambassador" program, according to him, an initiative of several departments and who takes into consideration all this. that can bring micro-enterprises in terms of exportable quality products.

Mr. Diafat highlighted the "preponderant" role of the Ministry of Commerce in the success of this program that its department will be a "tool for promoting Algerian product".
