The Finance Act for the year 2025, signed on November 24 by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has been published in the Journal Officiel (JO) (Official Gazette) No. 84.

Finance Law 2025: Key measures to support the economy and preserve purchasing power

Adopted by the National People's Assembly (APN) and the Council of the Nation in November, the Finance Act 2025 introduces measures designed to:

· Preserve citizens' purchasing power,

· Support investment and the national economy,

· Simplify and digitize tax procedures.

Budget forecasts for 2025:

· Budget revenues: DZD 8,523.06 billion (+3.5%),

· Budget expenditure: DZD 16,794.61 billion (+9.9%).

Basis of calculation:

· Reference oil price: 60 USD/barrel (2025-2027),

· The market price of oil: USD 70/barrel over the same period.

· Key sectors to watch: Infrastructure, digital transition, and energy projects.

· Fiscal stability: Encouraging investment through simplified procedures and more transparent taxation.
