Algiers becomes the regional hub for medical innovation with ImLabOp 2025

From October 15 to 18, 2025, Algiers will host a new edition of ImLabOp, a major international event dedicated to laboratory, medical imaging, and operating room technologies, at the SAFEX Exhibition Center, Pavilion U. Placed under the high patronage of the Minister of Health, this event aims to position the Algerian capital as a strategic hub for medical and scientific innovation in Africa and the Mediterranean.

ImLabOp 2025 will bring together nearly 100 exhibitors representing 250 companies from 30 countries, showcasing the latest innovations in diagnostics and surgery. The event will attract more than 6,000 professional visitors, including doctors, biologists, surgeons, and engineers, who will discover technologies such as connected analyzers, 3D imaging with AI, surgical robotics, and telemedicine.

The Scientific Days, organized with thirteen Algerian medical societies and foundations, will offer more than 50 conferences and workshops on key topics such as AI in radiology, molecular biology, minimally invasive surgery, and digital medicine. Renowned scientific partners will contribute to the quality of the discussions.

New for 2025 will be the Digital Health Competition, a national competition on digitalization in healthcare, which will allow startups to present their solutions to a jury of experts.

ImLabOp 2025 confirms Algeria as a major player in medical and scientific innovation in the region.
