Ooredoo Algeria: strong revenue growth and massive investments in 2025

Ooredoo Algeria has published its financial results for the first nine months of 2025, showing a 14% increase compared to the same period last year. This performance confirms the operator's momentum, supported by the positive impact of its strategic investments.

Ooredoo's Algerian subsidiary recorded significant growth in 2025. Its revenue reached 88.3 billion dinars, up 14.2% compared to 2024. The number of subscribers grew by 3.4%, reaching 15 million. EBITDA also increased by 21.1%, amounting to 40.5 billion dinars. Investments grew significantly from 10.8 to 19.4 billion dinars (+80.3%). CEO Rony Tohme emphasizes that this performance is the result of targeted investments in network expansion and infrastructure modernization, particularly connecting low-density areas. Concerning the launch of 5G, the operator is stepping up its efforts to develop infrastructure adapted to growing connectivity needs.
