The "Localization" program, launched by NASDA, aims to connect companies operating in Algeria with local micro-enterprises capable of supplying them with inputs (raw materials, components, services) as substitutes for imports. The objective is to gradually reduce dependence on foreign markets by promoting integrated domestic production.

Interested companies register via an online platform where they detail the needs they wish to address locally. The system then identifies existing or developing micro-enterprises that can meet these needs, with dedicated support from NASDA. At the end of the process, a substitution certificate is issued, validating the effective replacement of an imported input with a domestic equivalent.

This strategic initiative aims to strengthen local production chains, enhance the competitiveness of Algerian companies, reduce import costs, and increase economic resilience to external shocks, while boosting business cooperation.
