A new service for legalizing administrative documents for use abroad has been launched, under the T@SDIK label.
This framework agreement aims to facilitate the process of legalizing documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' civil registry offices.
Sofiane Chaib, Secretary of State in charge of the National Community Established Abroad, stated that the new service will enable the Algerian community to send civil status documents via Algérie Poste services, following the steps from start to finish.
This approach is part of the overall vision adopted by Algeria's Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, which modernizes the services offered to Algerian citizens," added Sofiane Chaib.
For his part, Sidali Zerrouki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, highlighted the importance of digitizing public services for the benefit of citizens. He also pointed out the role of digitization in showcasing Algeria's investment potential and in supporting the digital transformation of state institutions.
This move is part of the overall national drive for digital transformation. The Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Sidali Zerrouki, together with the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sofiane Chaib, oversaw the signing ceremony of a framework agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Algérie Poste.
The agreement concerns a new service for legalizing civil status documents for use abroad, entitled T@SDIK.
In his speech, Sofiane Chaib, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, declared that simplifying administrative procedures and various consular services is one of the main missions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Sofiane Chaib added that the legalization service is one of the main services offered by the central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since there is a strong demand from citizens for the legalization of administrative documents for use abroad, particularly during peak periods.
It would then be possible to activate the sending and receiving of legalizations through post offices throughout the country. And they will be able to legalize their documents without having to travel, by depositing them at the nearest post office to their place of residence," emphasized Chaib.
It will be easy for citizens to carry out their administrative formalities by post, picking up their documents within a short time. Citizens will also be able to follow the dispatch process via the traçmail service.
