Algeria to export USD 1.2 million worth of animal protein to Bangladesh

Algeria will export 1.2 million USD worth of animal protein to Bangladesh, announced the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion. On Tuesday, the Bellat brothers' abattoirs and the Bangladeshi company Ashta signed the contract.

The groups' managing directors signed the contract attended by the Minister for Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Kamal Rezig. Bellat has already exported $2.5 million worth of animal proteins over the past three years.

Exports under this contract will increase in value to $3.5 million per year.
