Indeed, Deputy Director General Nacim Hedimi mentioned the importance of Sika Algeria not only in chemical production for construction. Sika has been the leader for 75 years in the development and production of systems and products for gluing, sealing, reinforcement and protection in the construction and industrial sectors. He says that the spirit of sika is synonymous with the set of solid values and principles that make up the DNA of the company’.

Adding that “our company has 27,000 employees in 101 countries worldwide with over 300 production sites and also 4 new production sites in 2021 we have more than 99 patents in the same year. Recalling that ‘’ we have more than 9 billion Swiss francs in turnover,” he said. Mr. Hedimi said that "this company has contributed to several projects in Algeria since its landing in 1947 in Algeria. By way of example, the construction of Beni-Bahdel concrete dam in Tlemcen, the renovation of the stadium 20-August as well as El Hamma desalination station, the East-West motorway, the renovation of the Bologhine stadium, the reinforcement of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Africa, the construction of the Great Mosque of Algiers and the airport of Algiers. Among the new investments is the project to build a new factory that will be the largest in Africa by the Sika Group.
