This international certification covers quality management systems (ISO 9001), occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001 version 2018) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001 version 2015), the same source said.

This renewal "attests to CACOBATPH's commitment to adopting the highest international standards in its services to guarantee improved performance and administrative efficiency, enhance responsiveness to unforeseen challenges and changes, and best meet the needs of its users", according to the release.

This "achievement is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security to adopt digitization in all the services offered by the bodies under its supervision and to improve public service by simplifying administrative procedures, in line with the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, particularly concerning digital transformation and the development of administrative performance", the same source added.

The Caisse affirmed that the certification it had obtained "reflects its commitment to developing its performance and improving the quality of its services to players in the building, public works and hydraulics sectors, to introduce modern management based on digitization and efficiency, in line with international quality standards".

CACOBATPH explained that its administrative system had made "significant progress, notably improving the efficiency of the administrative system, boosting performance, reinforcing vigilance and responsiveness to unforeseen events, reducing the time taken to process files relating to annual leave and unemployment compensation due to bad weather, and reducing the number of grievances thanks to simplified procedures and guaranteed transparency".
