A new digital service, developed in partnership with the Spanish company Balearia, now allows online booking and payment for sea crossings between Algeria and Spain. The platform offers immediate confirmation, payment in dinars via CIB and Edahabia cards, 24/7 customer support, and a free cancellation option. According to Amara Amaouz, executive director of Namlatic, this project is part of efforts to digitize the sector and aims to improve the traveller experience.
