Fruit Attraction trade show: Algeria secures 10 contracts in Madrid

Algeria's participation in the 17th edition of Fruit Attraction, the international trade show for fruit, vegetables, and modern agricultural technologies, held in Madrid from September 30 to October 2, resulted in the signing of ten new export contracts with foreign partners, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion announced on Thursday.

Nine Algerian companies signed agreements with partners from Europe, Asia, and Africa at the international trade show, which attracted 17 national companies under the Algerian pavilion. This participation aimed to promote Algeria's agricultural potential and strengthen the presence of local products on foreign markets. The pavilion generated considerable interest, attracting numerous professionals and major international distributors, who were impressed by the quality and competitiveness of Algerian products. These results are part of the national strategy to diversify exports beyond hydrocarbons, led by the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
