A memorandum of understanding was signed at the ministry's headquarters between Saidal's CEO, Mourad Belkhelfa, and the director of Sanofi's vaccines subsidiary, Jean-Philippe Proust, in the presence of Minister Ouacim Kouidri. This strategic initiative aims to strengthen national capacities in the pharmaceutical industry by consolidating industrial partnerships and technology transfer.
