Tebboune: “The Port of Oran will start receiving steel from Gara Djebilet in 2026”.

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, delivered his traditional address to the nation this Sunday before the two chambers of Parliament assembled. He affirmed that the port of Oran would receive the first steel shipments from the Gara Djebilet mine in 2026″.

"We have launched major projects and, for the first time since independence, are fully exploiting our wealth," he declared, assuring us that "there are mines that will generate wealth and jobs, and whose exploitation is currently being studied" and that "the railroad that will reach Tamanrasset will enable us to exploit very significant mining resources".
