Signing of an amendment to the investment agreement for a therapeutic tourism project, Staoueli

ALGIERS - According to a statement from the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI), an amendment to an investment agreement concerning a tourism project by the Hotel Investment Company (SIH) was signed on Wednesday in Algiers, extending the benefits for a non-renewable period of one year.

The signing ceremony took place at the Agency's office, supervised by its General Manager, Mr. Omar Rekkache, and the Chairman and CEO of SIH, Mr. Nasser Chareb.

This project aims to complete the construction of a hotel complex specializing in thalassotherapy, with a multi-storey parking lot in the commune (district) of Staoueli (Algiers).

Classified as a quality project, it is expected to help diversify the tourism offering and enhance the capital's appeal as a health and relaxation destination, creating direct and indirect jobs and boosting economic activities linked to the sector.
