Pharmaceutical production: Aoun’s call on private investors

The minister, who officially opened a medical reagent production plant in Ain M’lila, urged the production unit to move to the 3×8 production system to increase production capacity and contribute to self-sufficiency.

In opening an anti-cancer drug manufacturing business in the same municipality, Aoun also invited officials to register as many drugs as possible in 2025 to supply central pharmacies.

It should be noted that during his visit, the Minister launched an export operation for a shipment of 1.5 million units of medical and surgical gloves to Mauritania.

Aoun expressed satisfaction with the efforts of the private medical gloves manufacturer and hoped that Mauritania would be a gateway for Algerian companies to expand their exports to Africa.
