At an audience granted by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Congolese Minister Pierre Oba conveys a message from President Denis Sassou-Nguesso to strengthen relations between Algeria and Congo. The discussions highlighted the potential for economic cooperation in the energy, mining, and fertilizer sectors, especially the exploitation and processing of phosphate, potash, and iron. The Minister underlined the importance of the Congolese reserves of high-quality minerals, describing the exchange with President Tebboune as ‘rich and excellent’.
