The President wants to "rebuild the sea transport fleet"

According to an official statement issued yesterday at the end of a meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Head of State reiterated the need to carry out “a rebuilding of the Algerian sea transport fleet”, which was, he deplored, “the target of a plot against the State”.

According to the same press release, President Tebboune gave new instructions to the government to carry out a “technical re-evaluation of the vessels in the current fleet, in order to prepare its renewal and development plan”.

This is a priority issue for the national economy, which also involves speeding up the establishment of new airlines to African countries, as demanded yesterday by the President of the Republic.
