GAAN strengthens its technological ties with Russia

The Groupement Algérien des Acteurs en Numérique (GAAN) (Algerian Digital Actors’ Grouping) and Russian Software have signed an agreement. This is a strategic agreement given the intention to develop digitisation in the technological field, and IT security to reinforce Algeria's digital sovereignty.
