Algeria launches a new tender to purchase 240,000 tons of feed maize

On Tuesday, European operators declared that the Office National des Aliments de Bétail (ONAB) had unveiled a new international tender to purchase 240,000 tons of forage maize, subject to delivery by 15 December.

According to these European operators, the invitation to tender is intended solely for suppliers from Argentina and Brazil and requires suppliers to guarantee the order quantity in six deliveries, each at between 30 and 40 thousand tons maximum.

The second deadline for the submission of bid prices is tomorrow, Wednesday 13 November 2024.

This new tender is part of the estimates for the small quantity purchased in a previous tender for the same quantity, which closed last Friday.
