SNS Holding: Agreements worth $950 million signed

Holding SNS announced on Tuesday that it had signed several memoranda of understanding worth a total of $950 million. These agreements were concluded with international and African institutions to develop its industrial activities, increasing national integration rates, and strengthening its export strategy to the African continent.

During an official ceremony attended by senior Algerian economic officials, the SNS group, through its subsidiary ANABIB, signed several agreements with international partners. These partnerships involved various areas: irrigation systems with Elsewedy Electric (Egypt), galvanizing and forming services with Chinese companies, supply of spare parts for trucks with Algeria FAW Trucks Industries, and commercial representation agreements with partners in Senegal. ENCC and FONDAL, other subsidiaries of SNS, are also involved in the manufacture of chassis and the establishment of a production unit in West Africa. These agreements aim to strengthen Algerian industrial capacity, promote exports, and create jobs at the local and regional levels.
