At a press conference held on the sidelines of his visit to the stands of the “Canex 2024” African Innovation Days event, held at the Palais des Expositions, Zitouni explained that, at the request of the President of the Republic, standards had been raised to the highest level compared with previous editions of the exhibition. The show is expected to generate $48 billion in intra-African trade between African and international companies.

The Minister also declared that Algeria has the necessary infrastructure and resources to host this important event, which has led to the approval of our bid by the organizing bodies, notably the African Export-Import Bank “Afreximbank”, the African Union Commission and the African Continental Free Trade Area.
