Industrial cooperation: Italian SMEs on a prospecting mission in Algiers

The Italia Trade Agency (ITA) has announced a day of Algerian-Italian business meetings to be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Mercure Hotel in Bab Ezzouar (Algiers). The event, organized in partnership with the Italian Confederation of SMEs (CONFAPI), aims to strengthen industrial cooperation between the two countries through targeted B2B exchanges.

Seven Italian SMEs operating in high-value-added sectors - automotive, mechanical engineering, foundry, hydraulics and industrial piping - are visiting Algeria to explore partnership opportunities with local companies. They include FARP (automotive components), AT Metalli (metal structures), Saen Srl (foundry moulds), Vanut Srl (cutting tools), General Fluidi Srl (hydraulic systems), Chero Piping SpA (fittings for the oil and gas industry) and Junior Srl (cold forming moulds). This initiative is part of Algeria's strategy to diversify economic partnerships and promote foreign investment, in support of the country's industrial recovery.
