This initiative forms part of the strategic partnership between the two institutions, following a pilot roll-out launched on 9 November 2025 across 36 branches. The scheme will now cover the entire CNEP-Banque network, comprising 231 branches, making it easier for members of the public to access insurance solutions tailored to protecting their property.
CAT-NAT insurance provides cover against major natural hazards such as earthquakes, floods, storms and landslides. Comprehensive home insurance, meanwhile, offers cover against domestic incidents, including fire, water damage, theft and glass breakage, whilst also including third-party liability cover and a home assistance service.
The two institutions highlight the complementary nature of their expertise: CASH Assurances specialises in risk management, whilst CNEP-Banque focuses on property financing and bancassurance. They state that this initiative aims to strengthen the protection of people’s property assets by offering accessible solutions tailored to their needs.
