The National Agency for the Promotion of Youth Employment (ANADE) has resumed its activities by reactivating project selection, approval, and funding committees throughout the country. Project holders receive 15 days of training at university-based centres, covering the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, human resource management, and micro-enterprise creation. The training culminates in a project presentation.

ANADE introduces a new economic approach focused on job and wealth creation. Three financing models are available:

·         Self-financing: the promoter fully funds the project.

·         Co-financing: ANADE and the promoter share the costs equally.

·         Triangular financing: involves the promoter (5-15%), ANADE (15-25%), and a bank (70%).

In addition, promoters can obtain an additional working capital loan of up to DZD 1,000,000 and benefit from tax exemptions during the project's start-up and expansion phases.

The resumption of funding coincides with Global Entrepreneurship Week (13-24 November), organized by various ministries and institutions to promote entrepreneurship nationwide.
