ANADE: Agreement on New Procedures for Release of Mortgaged Material

According to the same source, the announcement was made at a working meeting chaired by the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister responsible for Micro-Enterprise, Nassim Diafat, with the Directors General of Public Banks, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Secretary General of the National Chamber of Notaries, representatives of the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions (ABEF), in the presence of the Acting Director General of ANADE and the executives of the Ministry and of the Guarantee Fund for loans to SMEs (FGAR).

The legal procedures governing the release of mortgaged material under the ANADE scheme were discussed during this meeting, in order to allow the owners of micro-enterprises to sell the material and thus restart their projects or change the nature of their economic activities, according to the press release, taken over by the APS agency.

It was agreed to establish a legal procedure with the National Chamber of Notaries by mandating them throughout the national territory to supervise the sale of mortgaged equipment and to draw up sales documents. The public banks must hand over the mortgage release certificate as soon as the debts are paid by the owners.
