We are witnessing a profound change in the global economic and geopolitical order, where energy trade is changing, inflation is returning, the food crisis is looming in many countries, supply chains are being reconfigured, payment networks are fragmented, and some emerging countries, such as China, are rethinking their foreign exchange reserves. It is through new governance and discourse of truth sticking with the social reality, away from the air-conditioned offices of our bureaucrats, that we will find solutions to the current crisis which affects not only Algeria but all countries... ...

And in the face of the new reconfiguration of the world and the risk of stagflation (combination of decrease and inflation and unemployment), Algeria, a strategic player in the stability of the Mediterranean and African spaces, countries with strong potential must base its development on a new governance and a broad national front in order to establish a diversified economy less dependent on hydrocarbon revenues...

The great challenge, posing the problem of national security, is the adaptation of Algeria to these profound upheavals that must break with the whole bureaucratic mentality. Algerians will have to face the new challenges of the world, to prioritize national unity taking into account our different sensibilities…
