Algiers is hosting the first edition of the International Maritime Exhibition from 2 to 4 December at the Exhibition Centre (Pins Maritimes, Algiers).

The first edition of the trade fair dedicated to the maritime and port sector brings together 40 national exhibitors and several foreign participants. The event, sponsored by the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education, aims to strengthen the sector's performance, modernisation and attractiveness. It emphasises the key role of vocational training in shipbuilding, port services, maritime maintenance and logistics. A programme of conferences will address topics such as the role of ports in exports, investment financing and the energy transition in maritime transport. B2B meetings are also planned to encourage partnerships and investment opportunities.
