AAPI: publication of 75 plots of land for investment in the new town of Boughezoul
AAPI: publication of 75 plots of land for investment in the new town of Boughezoul In a press release issued on Thursday, the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) announced the publication of a tender for 75 plots of land earmarked for investment projects in the new town of Boughezoul, in the wilayas of Djelfa and Médéa. These plots of land, in the private domain of the State, are for the most part intended for industrial use, and are geared towards several activities such as the pharmaceutical industry, the electrical and electronics industry, renewable energies, storage, and research and development. The AAPI has invited investors wishing to benefit from these plots of land to access the digital platform via the link: https://invest.gov.dz/fr/land_offer/land_consult, to consult the available offer and submit their requests. The list of properties on offer will remain available on the platform for 30 days. Requests will then be examined digitally, using a project evaluation system, following the provisions of Executive Decree 23-487 setting out the terms and conditions for the convertible sale of economic land in the State's private domain intended for investment projects.
