"Local industrial establishments must strive to provide various products and materials to meet the needs of national companies, especially in raw materials, for the development of the national economy," stressed the Minister, during his visit to the public economic establishment of the mechanical and accessory industries "Orsim" in Oued R'hiou. Mr. Zeghdar also called on the state-owned establishment to promote their products through the subcontracting system to strengthen domestic production and limit imports.

On the other hand, the Minister of Industry reported the recovery of more than 2,300 hectares of unexploited industrial land in industrial zones and zones of activities spread across the country, including 162 hectares in the wilaya of Relizane.
