During its participation in this international event (4-6 March), organised under the supervision of the Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the CDER presented "an overview of its various research products and economic development projects, particularly those related to photovoltaic solar energy", while highlighting the expertise of Algerian researchers and engineers in developing modern systems and applications for high-quality projects that meet internationally competitive technological standards.

The Algerian pavilion showcased the quality control systems developed by the CDER through its technological platforms, "particularly those related to the solar energy testing platform, the calibration of solar radiation measurement instruments, and the quality and efficiency testing of solar water heaters, which attracted the interest of foreign companies and design offices seeking to improve the design of solar power plants through accurate and reliable measurements," according to the press release.

The exhibition offers Algerian companies and businesses an opportunity to attend bilateral business meetings with their foreign counterparts to explore cooperation and exchange experiences, particularly in renewable energy and energy efficiency, according to the same source.

The International Energy Transition Exhibition is considered one of Europe's leading events specialising in energy transformation and clean technologies.

It attracts widespread participation from businesses, companies, researchers and investors who present the latest solutions and innovations to support decarbonisation and renewable energy.

This annual event covers several areas of the energy transition ecosystem, including solar and wind energy, energy storage, energy efficiency, electric mobility, and smart city solutions.

It also includes conferences and professional meetings designed to strengthen the exchange of expertise, establish new partnerships, and address the main challenges and opportunities related to the future of energy on an international scale.
