“The draft text aims to establish a genuine national industry in the automotive sector by mobilizing local subcontracting and meeting the necessary conditions to encourage the establishment of world-renowned equipment manufacturers operating in the automotive sector,” according to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office.

It should be noted that ‘this new arrangement also aims to establish the necessary conditions for the preferential tax arrangements to be granted, in particular to manufacturers who have achieved the integration rates provided for by the law in force.
