Alliance Assurances is pursuing its development strategy with the announcement that online claims reporting will be available to all policyholders from January 1, 2026. This initiative is part of a broad digital modernization plan, reinforced by a recent capital increase, formalized on June 5, 2025, the company's share capital to more than DZD 5.2 billion, with a target of DZD 12 billion by 2028-2029. This operation resulted in the issuance of more than 4.6 million bonus shares, distributed on a one-for-two basis, generating "fractional shares" that shareholders can sell or complete during a trading period open on December 2, 2025.
At the same time, Alliance Assurances is stepping up its digitalisation efforts with the launch of three mobile applications (MyAlliance, CARGO, and OSTOLI), and is preparing to integrate m-payment interoperability by 2026. In terms of infrastructure, the company is completing construction of its new headquarters in Bab Ezzouar, an investment of more than DZD 4 billion, which is scheduled to open between late 2026 and early 2027. This momentum demonstrates the financial strength and strategic vision, which remain committed to its shareholders, its customers, and the modernisation of the insurance sector in Algeria.
